• Provide technical support to internal users, handling software, hardware, and network issues. Perform installations, updates, routine maintenance, and provide training to users.
• Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or help desk tickets.
• Resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure proper management of hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and respond to issues promptly.
• Provide training to users on software and systems usage.
• Compile technical documentation and collaborate with other technical teams.
• Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software.
• Good communication skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are valued.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good time management
